Return and Refund Policy
Trackzap is pleased to provide a 07-day money back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 07 days of receiving to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 48 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
Devices must be as originally supplied and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund.
Note: we provide one year warranty on Trackzap GPS tracking devices when covered by the Trackzap service package. Devices covered by the Trackzap Basic service package have the standard one year warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.
Please note that this Return and Cancellation Policy does not apply to term contracts such as Client Service Agreements.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 07 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware less the shipping fees as applicable.

No refunds will be given after 07 days.
Claims
Any claim to Trackzap whatsoever shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing within 15 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.
Return of damaged or non-operational units
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to Trackzap.
