If Trackzap learns of a security systems breach, then Trackzap may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Trackzap may post a notice through the Service if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. 2.3. We take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. If you permit the Trackzap App to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system (“platform”), we may also collect the precise location of your device when the App is running in the foreground or background. K. Call and SMS Data : Our Services facilitate communications between Users and Drivers. In connection with facilitating this service, we receive call data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message.
5. USE OF INFORMATION

We may use the information we collect about you to: • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including, for example, to facilitate payments, send receipts, provide services you request (and send related information), develop new features, provide customer support to Users and Drivers, develop safety features, authenticate users, and send product updates and administrative messages

6.2. How we Share your Personal Information.
A. When transacting with others, we may provide those parties with information about you necessary to complete the transaction, such as your name, account ID, contact details, shipping and billing address, or other information needed to promote the reliability and security of the transaction. If a transaction is held, fails, or is later invalidated, we may also provide details of the unsuccessful transaction. To facilitate dispute resolution, we may provide a buyer with the seller’s address so that goods can be returned to the seller. The receiving party is not allowed to use this information for unrelated purposes, such as to directly market to you, unless you have agreed to it. C. Please note that merchants, sellers, and users you buy from or contract with have their own privacy policies, Trackzap is not responsible for their actions, including their information protection practices.
D. Regardless, we will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you, or with the third parties, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with credit card rules, or other legal process.
6.3. How We Protect and Store Personal Information

10. THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS

Trackzap is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Service. Additionally, Trackzap cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. Further, even after information posted on the Service is removed, caching and archiving services may have saved that information, and other users or third parties may have copied or stored the information available on the Service. Trackzap cannot and does not guarantee that information you post on or transmit to the Service will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

You should note that Trackzap website does not warrant that the information published on this website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the details and all other information including information relating to services published on this website may include inaccuracies, mistranslations or typographical errors. All bookings for services on this website are made with the service provider concerned and not with Trackzap. Trackzap is not a party to the contract between you and the service provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.
14.3. Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the services provider’s terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.
