LAW AND JURISDICTION
Return and Cancellation Policy
Trackzap is pleased to provide a 7-day money back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 7 days of receiving to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 48 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
Devices must be as originally supplied and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund.
Note: we provide one year warranty on Trackzap GPS tracking devices when covered by the Trackzap service package. Devices covered by the Trackzap Basic service package have the standard one year warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.
7-Day Money Back Guarantee
Trackzap is pleased to provide a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from date of installation. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 7 days of receiving the device to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, such money-back guarantee is not applicable on any AIS-140 devices as once they’ve been installed and activated, one cannot seek deactivation of the same further claiming a refund on it. Therefore, please take note that the buying of AIS- 140 is absolute and complete and in no event refundable.

No refunds will be given after 7 days.
Any claim to Trackzap whatsoever shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing within 7 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.
Return of damaged or non-operational units
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to Trackzap.
Once opted no cancellation/refund for Services/Renewals.
Shipping & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Whenever an order you placed through www.trackzap.in ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your www.trackzap.in Account, or used during the checkout process.
What shipping speeds are offered?
www.trackzap.in have regular shipping speed available, it will show during checkout.
The speeds that show are dependent on those made available courier partner.

What is covered in the FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping is ground shipping only within the Country and its States. It is only available to regularly priced items.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping PIN code.
My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact the shipper/courier to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper/courier. www.trackzap.in would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the shipper/courier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, immediately contact us. Always make sure to get the shipper’s damage package control number for your claim
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at www.trackzap.in. Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased? When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Just place all items in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and you will be given shipping options. You will see the reduction if it applies. On certain items, due to significant shipping discounts offered by www.trackzap.in on the item, the shipping will add cumulatively, unless multiple items are purchased. Shipping charge is always per the website.
